A Message from our President
P&H is committed to an injury free workplace for our employees, customers, suppliers and business partners. Our leadership in this area starts from the top. I hold safety as a personal priority and we chart our course as a company through a very active Safety Leadership Council at my staff level. We are all focused on sending everyone at every office, manufacturing, warehousing, shop and customer site home safely each and every day. We want them to go home to their loved ones and enjoy life. From a moral perspective, putting safety foremost is the right thing to do.

From a business perspective, it's also the right thing to do. The more focus we put on safety, the lower our costs are and the better and more discipline we have, not only in the safety area. That discipline carries over into other areas of the company and other processes that help overall. Our customers expect us to be adequately trained on every site and they expect us to perform at least as well as they do in safety. Our goal is to meet or exceed their safety performance and targets. At P&H no task is so important, no schedule is so urgent, that the job cannot be done safely.
