The business, with facilities in the Hunter Valley in New South Wales, has long been established as a leading electric motor repair facility in Australia. Its reputation, capabilities, and location mesh well with P&H MinePro Services' Life Cycle Management strategy and demonstrates P&H's commitment to continuously improve the service deliverables to customers closest to their operations, wherever possible.

This acquisition will complement existing P&H MinePro electric motor repair capabilities to provide a true OEM motor repair shop network in Eastern Australia for both P&H and Joy Mining Machinery.

With the vision to be the preferred supplier to the mining and associated industries, providing reliable, innovative products and services, P&H MinePro Services views the G & D Donnelly business as a natural fit for it's Australian operations, complementing its alliance and OE product lines.
