Custom Machine Shop and Rebuild Facility: Our Service Center is fully equipped to handle any rebuilding or machine needs your equipment might need. We can turn pieces up to 100" in diameter in our VTL and our lathes can handle shafts up to 43" x 244".

Welding and Fabrication Shop: Our welding and fabrication shop can repair or rebuild any component your operation might require. No job is too large or too small. We have AWS-certified welders with years of experience. Our shop welding bay has 24' wide x 34' high access door for one-piece component access, a steel-plated floor for large fabrications and repairs, and a 50-ton overhead crane with 40' underhook clearance.

Steel Processing Shop: We have steel-processing capabilities to both cut and form various types for structural steel and wear-resistant steel. Our capabilities also include complete turnkey wear liner installations, both in the shop and in the field, with our welding service group.

Shovel and Drill Component Rebuilds: Our machine shop can rebuild any shovel or drill, front idlers and lower rollers. This rebuild includes bringing all faces and bores back to OEM specifications and cutting of metal flow from the edge of the idler. Point sheaves, hoist drums and gear cases can also be rebuilt back to OEM specifications.

Underground Equipment Rebuilds: We can rebuild lift arms, axle housings, frames, buckets, booms and cylinders for various types of underground equipment. Our Machine Shop can manufacture specialized equipment for various underground operations. And our service and welding groups have underground trained service technicians who can provide service, welding and field machining support at your operation.

Plant Equipment Rebuilds: Our machine shop rebuilds various types of gear boxes, pumps and processing equipment for all types of plants. We have customized products and repairs to fit specific plant designs and requirements.
