P&H Blasthole Drills: The ‘Hole’ Package
P&H
Mining Equipment understands your cost-reduction objective. After decades
of partnership with the surface mining industry, we know that safe, rugged
and reliable drilling equipment is a key to lowering your costs.
Efficient surface mining operations start with effective drilling and
blasting. With the right drilling system, your drill-and-blast team can
produce more holes - at required uniform depth and precision - faster and
at lower cost. This leads to a quality blast that delivers optimum rock
fragmentation, promotes efficient loading, and contributes to lower-cost
processing.
That is why we provide the “hole” package - custom-tailored
equipment from a several top quality suppliers plus expertise and service
support that helps reduce your operating costs.
P&H 250XP Product Overview
Rugged and versatile, the P&H 250XP diesel production drill is
appropriate for new mine development, contract drilling, or wherever
electric power availability or reliability might be limited. The P&H
250XP is available in two configurations:
P&H 250XP-DL for dragline applications requiring deep,
multi-pass drilling and also angle drilling.
P&H 250XP-ST for shovel-truck applications with long
single-pass drilling capability, also with angle hole drilling as an option.
P&H 250XPs are deployed to coal, copper and precious minerals
mining operations around the world. Their durability and productivity have
prompted repeat orders from high-performance mines.
P&H 300XPC Product Overview
If your hard-rock mine uses large loading shovels and excavators, the
rugged and reliable P&H 300XPC electric blasthole drill can provide
your drill-and-blast team with considerable hard-rock drilling power and
control.
A heavy-duty hydraulic motor delivers ample rotary torque, while a
second hydraulic motor powers the drill's rack-and-pinion
bit-loading/rotary carriage hoist system.
Standard on all 300XPCs is the P&H Centurion Control System, which provides greater control and consistency, and a cab designed for operator comfort and safety.
The P&H 300XPC replaces the 100XP Model and can be applied to copper and precious minerals in high-throughput mining operations.
P&H 320XPC Product Overview
If your mining operations involve ultra-tough blasthole production
conditions, the heavy-duty P&H 320XPC delivers the rugged productivity
performance you require.
Set upon a rugged undercarriage equipped with powerful two-speed
hydraulic propel motors, the brawny P&H 320XPC is designed and built tough for
hard-rock drilling. Dual heavy-duty electric motors deliver up to 25,000 ft-lbs. of rotary
torque. An identical single electric motor powers the rack-and-pinion bit loading
/ rotary carriage hoist system.
The 320XPC includes the P&H Centurion Control System for greater control and consistency, and an ergonomic, operator-friendly cab design.
The P&H 320XPC replaces the 120A drill, which has been a mainstay of Iron Range mines and is highly regarded in copper mines around the world.
