Joy Global - Venezuela was founded in 1992 to support ten shovels - eight 2100BLs and two 2800XPAs, seven of which sold during that period. The company vision is to be the mining industry’s prime partner, continually striving to supply reliable and innovative products and services that reduce its clients' operating costs.

Joy Global - Venezuela has a central office and warehouse in Puerto Ordaz, Bolivar and a branch located at Carbones del Guasare Paso Diablo Mine, in the state of Zulia. Facilities include a 600 square-meter warehouse and service shop equipped to fulfill a variety of job requests to overhaul parts and components of P&H shovels and drills.

Joy Global has formed strategic alliances to offer a complete line of products to the Venezuelan market. We represent the strongest equipment brands both in surface and underground mining.
