Training Model

Peak Services has adopted a Training Model that provides a common communication link on how we view, frame, and dialog with our customers on our training products and services. Therefore, this Model determines our overall product training development and delivery strategy.

This Industrial Training Model is widely used in the Manufacturing and Service sectors by training departments. This model frames the knowledge and skills required for successful performance of a specific trade or job profile.

Each level in the model categorizes knowledge and skills by difficulty and complexity. Generally, the higher the level, the more complex or difficult the knowledge or skill.
