Examining the P&H CrawlerDelivering Results

Most importantly, our MinePro teams deliver results. Everything we do is aimed at increasing productivity and helping to reduce operating cost. As an example, by understanding and re-aligning one coal mine's strategic approach to preventive maintenance, a MinePro team helped the mine increase annual productive hours for a walking dragline from 5,200 to 6,000. Through a well-coordinated project management effort, another MinePro team overhauled a fleet of P&H shovels in a major hard rock mining operation, installing the productivity-optimizing P&H Centurion Control System on all of the shovels, boosting shovel productivity through 8 percent faster dig cycles and up to 20 percent increased tons-per-hour productivity for some machines.

A fleet of 16 Terex haul units maintained by MinePro for an Iron Range mine has set records for tons-moved productivity, lowest operating cost and 93 percent availability, resulting in six-figure cost savings for the customer.
