GINAF is a European manufacturer specialized in manufacturing custom made trucks. In the ultra heavy vehicle class, GINAF provides axle configurations from 4x2 to 10x8 to the customer’s specification. The GINAF X 5376 T, 10x6, has been developed specifically for the mining industry. The vehicle is equipped with 5 axles, the front 3 are steering axles and the rear 3 are driven axles. The GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight) is 76 tonnes and the payload is approximately 50 tonnes.
The application of innovative technologies like the Hydro Pneumatic Suspension System (HPVS) on axles 3, 4 and 5 make GINAF trucks stand out from competition. This system has been developed and patented by GINAF. Characteristics of the HPVS system are:
